Recognizing the vital role caregivers play, we came together to build a more sustainable, community-driven approach to care\u2014one that deeply values the voices and experiences of those at the heart of it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The discussion was insightful and reassuring. Caregivers shared their perspectives on our current care practices, highlighting what works well and where we can improve. From small, meaningful changes to long-term systemic solutions, their ideas were rooted in real, day-to-day experiences.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A key outcome of this meeting was the formation of our <strong>Caregiver Advisory Board <\/strong>&#8211; a dedicated initiative to ensure families have an active role in shaping care practices. By integrating their voices into our existing framework, we aim to create a support system that is not only responsive but also truly meets the needs of both individuals with dementia and their caregivers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We are committed to evolving our care in ways that make a real difference, and we know that collaboration is key.
